Where Athletes Are Built — Oak Point, TX
At Mission Performance, kids come first. We are Oak Point's go-to facility for youth athlete development — training kids as young as 6 all the way through college. Led by a former Division 1 football player, every session is designed to build real athletic skills: movement mechanics, speed, strength, agility, coordination, and plyometrics. We work with gradeschoolers, middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college athletes in both group and one-on-one settings. We don't just train bodies, we build character. Every athlete who walks through our doors is treated like family. We take the time to know each kid personally, understand their goals, and push them to reach levels they didn't think were possible. Our environment is safe, energetic, and always kid and family friendly. We also welcome adults of all fitness levels looking to lose weight, build strength, or level up their performance.
